What will the 30 days look like?

Week 1 – Figure out what shit you want to do and make yourself do it. 

In the first week you’ll figure out what your goals are and decide which is the most important. By the end of this week you’ll have a game plan for the next 30 days. You’ll also prepare for the worst case scenario and plan for the moments when you just can’t go on any longer. This is the week when the bulk of your planning will be done.

Week 2 – Discover what’s been holding you back and break through the barriers.

In the second week you’ll dig deep and figure out why now is the right time for you to reach your goals. By the end of this week you’ll know why you’ve failed in the past and how you will stop it from happening again. You’ll also dig deep into the tough shit and discover how you took part in creating the life your currently in and how you have the power to change it.

Week 3 – Set yourself up for success.

In the third week you’ll create a long term plan for success. By the end of this week you’ll know what excuses you’ve been making, how they keep you stuck and where you’ve been wasting your time. You’ll also create a planner that works for you and helps you get even closer to your goals.

Week 4 –  Keep on keepin’ on

In the final week you’ll learn how to set up a support system and become your #1 cheerleader. Nope, everything starts in module 1.

How Does The Program Work

How will I receive Get Your Ass In Gear?

When you sign up (after April 1, 2017) you will receive the module 1 right away. Each module will be delivered to you, via the email address you give during sign up, 7 days after the previous one.

What is the time commitment? 

This course has 4 modules that are delivered every 7 days. Each module is designed to be completed in a few hours, with the rest of the week used to build on the skills you learned in the previous module. Of course, you can take longer to do it if you’d like

How long do I have access to the course material?

You have access forever! You can use this course over and over to help you reach all your goals. 

Is the course content available offline?

Yes! I know how annoying it can be to need internet access to do a course and that’s why I offer the course content offline. You will be emailed all the content and it can be saved onto your computer.
